Dhamaka Indian Restaurant is hiring dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. Depending on your experience, you may work as a Kitchen Helper, Tandoor & Grill Staff member, or Cook, assisting in the preparation of authentic Indian dishes while ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations. Assist in cooking authentic Indian dishes, including biryanis, curries, tandoori items, and appetizers. Operate tandoor and grill stations (for experienced candidates). Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Properly store food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies. Support chefs during busy service hours. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation. Help with receiving, organizing, and managing inventory when required.

Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred but not mandatory. Experience as a Kitchen Helper, Cook, Tandoor Chef, or Grill Cook is an asset. Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
