RESPONSIBILTIES
- Pick and fulfill customer orders involving semen, embryos, colostrum, and AI supplies.
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory and customer returns.
- Work with liquid nitrogen storage systems while handling and preparing products for shipment.
- Support shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse operations to ensure products move accurately and on time.
- Assist customers with tank fills, pickups, and product-related needs.
- Process returned tanks, including cleaning, labeling, inspecting, and returning them to inventory systems.
- Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while supporting teammates where needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to safely lift and move products throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working around liquid nitrogen and in a unique agricultural warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented
environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, reliability, accountability, and a willingness to tackle hands-on work.
