JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the DOC/ Designate, implements and evaluates nursing care to the residents to promote quality of life in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Britannia Lodge, competency guidelines and standards of practice as outlined by the College Of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia and current legislated scope of practice. Works both independently and collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary care team to perform full scope of practical nursing functions so as to ensure high quality care for the residents.
