Infrastructure Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager based in Vancouver who wants to lead infrastructure projects that have real impact — projects that improve transportation, water systems, and community infrastructure across the Lower Mainland. What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects of varying complexity

• Manage stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and government clients

• Ensure project goals related to schedule, budget, and scope are achieved - Lead project meetings and coordinate collaboration across multiple project teams

• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality management processes

• Support change management, payment certifications, and project administration

• Identify and support business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients

• Monitor project performance through schedules, financial tracking, and reporting

What We're Looking For Experience

• 5-7 years of project management experience

• Experience representing owners in the delivery of infrastructure projects

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex civil or infrastructure projects

Project Types (Preferred) Experience in one or more of the following:

• Highways

• Urban roadways

• Bridges

• Water and wastewater infrastructure

• Municipal civil infrastructure

Education

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

• Experience working within structured PMO environments

• MS Project or scheduling software - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Certifications (Preferred)

• EIT or P.Eng designation - PMP certification

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management

• Clear communication and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and leadership ability

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work within structured processes

Compensation & Work Model

Base Salary: $72,158 - $103,993 CAD

Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and location.

Projects are primarily located across the Lower Mainland. Some regional travel to project sites may be required.
