What you will be doing:

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner

Set up and present trays or tables according to hotel standards
-
Ensure accuracy of orders and verify guest requests before leaving the kitchen
-
Provide friendly and engaging service while interacting with guests
-
Clear trays and tables from guest rooms and corridors promptly
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
-
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
-
Handle guest requests, special orders, and service recovery with professionalism
-
Promote hotel dining options and provide recommendations when appropriate
-
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards

Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

Previous food and beverage service experience is an asset

Strong guest service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Serving It Right certification
