Manager of Annual Appeal
Temporary, Full-time

Position Overview:
The Manager, Annual Appeal is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive annual giving program to inspire philanthropy and strengthen donor engagement across the GNS community. This role is key to driving participation, increasing annual giving revenue, and building a culture of philanthropy that supports the School’s mission and strategic priorities. The Manager collaborates with colleagues in Advancement, Marketing & Communications, and across the School to deliver a donor-centred experience through effective communication, personalized stewardship, and events that connect the GNS community to the impact of giving. You understand that successful fundraising is rooted in authentic engagement, thoughtful stewardship, and compelling storytelling. Whether cultivating donor relationships, developing a fundraising campaign, coordinating an event, or collaborating with colleagues across the School, you bring professionalism, initiative, and a donor-centred mindset to every interaction. You are both strategic and hands-on—equally comfortable analyzing participation data and campaign results as you are meeting with donors, volunteers, and community members. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy creating opportunities for meaningful engagement that inspire philanthropy and strengthen community connections.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
