We are looking forProduction Employeestojoin our Lakeview Division, located in Williams Lake, British****Columbia.Our Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customersaroundthe world so they can build their homes and communities.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
-
Demonstrated commitment toworking safely.
-
Strongcommunication & interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to worka variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physicallydemanding industrial environment.
-
Ability towork independentlywith little supervision.
-
Previousexperience working in an industrial environmentis an asset.
-
Previous experienceoperating a forklift or loaderis an asset.

In this role you will:
-Work independentlyas part of ahigh-performance teamdedicated safely and efficiently producing lumber products. -Perform a variety of labour dutiestoincrease productivityandreduce safety risks.

Identify,analyse and troubleshootany problems that might arise in your area, andcommunicatewith your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to get things back on track.

Work arotating 8 & 9 hour shift schedule, which gives you flexibility to spendextra time with your family on days off.
