We are looking forProduction Employeestojoin our Lakeview Division, located in Williams Lake, British****Columbia.Our Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customersaroundthe world so they can build their homes and communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated commitment toworking safely.

• Strongcommunication & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to worka variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physicallydemanding industrial environment.

• Ability towork independentlywith little supervision.

• Previousexperience working in an industrial environmentis an asset.

• Previous experienceoperating a forklift or loaderis an asset.

In this role you will:

-Work independentlyas part of ahigh-performance teamdedicated safely and efficiently producing lumber products. -Perform a variety of labour dutiestoincrease productivityandreduce safety risks.

• Identify,analyse and troubleshootany problems that might arise in your area, andcommunicatewith your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to get things back on track.

• Work arotating 8 & 9 hour shift schedule, which gives you flexibility to spendextra time with your family on days off.
