As a Spa Massage Practitioner, you play an important role in each guest’s wellness journey by creating experiences that promote relaxation, restoration, and connection. Through thoughtful care, professional expertise, and attention to detail, you help guests feel genuinely welcomed, supported, and at ease.

A day in the life

• Deliver professional massage and body treatments based on guest needs and Spa standards
• Customize treatments to create personalized and memorable guest experiences
• Create a calm, welcoming, and professional treatment environment
• Recommend retail products and wellness services that support guest goals
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment spaces
• Collaborate with Spa and Resort teams to support seamless guest experiences
• Manage appointment timing and treatment preparation efficiently throughout the shift
• Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, accountability, and kindness

What we hope you'll bring to the team

• Valid massage or body treatment certification/licensing applicable to BC requirements
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, calm, and guest-focused approach
• Ability to build trust and create personalized guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable recommending retail products and additional services
• Self-aware, accountable, and open to learning and feedback
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience with body wraps and scrubs is considered an asset
