VIKING’s Global Business Services is operating to support VIKING entities across the globe. Our GBS Finance team is overall responsible for VIKING’s financial support, using SAP as our major ERP platform.
Right now, we are looking for a Junior Coordinator, Accounts Receivable to join our team at our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will work both independently and in cooperation with others.
The following tasks can be expected:

• Monitor customer balances and follow up on overdue payments
• Send monthly statements and keep account status up to date
• Approve orders within assigned credit limits
• Match incoming payments and resolve discrepancies
• Support dispute resolution and coordinate with internal teams
• Work closely with Sales to facilitate new orders
• Communicate with external insurance or collection agencies when required Ensure compliance with internal credit and AR procedures

Your profile

• Very good communication skills
• Positive and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers
• Very good command of English
• MS Office skills
