Job Summary

Bourgault Industries is looking for a Journeyperson Millwright or Electrician to join our Maintenance team in Vonda, SK. As part of this role, you will support the Highline Manufacturing team and provide maintenance and repair services for a variety of facilities and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and successfully complete preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs to equipment that experienced unplanned down time.
• Document issues and suggest solutions to improve the overall performance of the equipment.
• Keep equipment in a ready for use state by proactively addressing potential future issues.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician
• In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication equipment (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, forklifts, etc.).
• Effective problem-solving skills, including a high degree of analytical thought and creativity.
• Very good understanding of electrical systems/electronics.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Positive attitude showing a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on a wide variety of tasks.

Wage Range

$33.13 - $53.00 – Wage is dependent on experience and Journeyman designation.
