As an iOS Engineer, you’ll help build and maintain the mobile app that makes those experiences simple, clear, and empowering. The work you do directly improves how people take care of themselves and their families.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build intuitive, mobile ‑ first experiences that are accessible and easy to use.
• Translate user stories into efficient, maintainable, and tested code.
• Ensure applications are secure, performant, and dependable.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services, APIs, and external data sources.
• Identify and fix issues, continuously improving overall application performance.
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Owners, Quality Engineers, and other Software Engineers to deliver customer ‑ focused solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, pair programming, and code reviews to share knowledge and raise quality.
• Continuously learn and explore new technologies that can improve how customers experience our products.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building iOS applications that integrate with remote services and APIs.
• 1+ years of experience creating UI components with Swift UI.
• Solid understanding iOS architecture, performance optimization, and mobile security.
• 1+ years of experience working with Git for version control (GitHub preferred).
• Some experience or familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring products work well for everyone.

• To think beyond the code and consider how your work impacts customers.
• Comfort in Agile/Scrum environments and enjoy working iteratively.
• Take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and collaborate openly with teammates.
• Be curious, always looking for ways to improve both the product and customer experience.
• Bonus points if you’ve used GitHub Copilot or enjoy experimenting with new tools and ideas!

Salary range is expected to be between

$86,100.00 CAD - $136,100.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
