About the role
Role Overview:
The Product Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality design work across key features and projects while developing strong craft, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills. They work with growing independence to define user needs, explore multiple design options, and create clean, scalable end‑to‑end solutions that align with product goals and design system standards. This role partners closely with PMs, Engineers, and senior designers to clarify requirements, resolve dependencies, and validate decisions through data, research, and user feedback. The designer contributes to roadmapping conversations, presents clear and user‑centered narratives, and supports the team through feedback, knowledge sharing, and accessibility best practices. They demonstrate increasing ownership, communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners, and help build a positive, inclusive team culture while continuing to strengthen their craft and strategic understanding.
About the Role:

Own design execution for key features and project work with guidance from senior designers

Explore multiple design approaches and deliver clean, well-structured files with strong attention to detail

Partner with PMs and Engineers to clarify goals, align on direction, and ensure high-quality implementation

Use customer feedback, data, and usability principles to inform design decisions

Contribute to scalable end-to-end flows that align with the broader product ecosystem

Apply the design system consistently and identify opportunities to refine patterns

Conduct or support user research and testing to validate and iterate on ideas

Present design solutions with clear problem framing and user context

Collaborate openly, give and receive feedback, and help strengthen team culture

Support accessibility by following WCAG and inclusive design best practices
About You :

A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and end-to-end product thinking

Ability to explore multiple options, articulate trade-offs, and refine solutions

Growing proficiency in interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking

Comfort using data, heuristics, and user insights to support decisions

Strong communication skills and willingness to ask thoughtful questions

Ability to collaborate effectively with PMs, Engineers, and other designers

Familiarity with design systems and modern design tools

Commitment to accessibility and delivering high-quality, error-free design work

Curiosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to develop your craft
