We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Property Management team. This position is for permanent fulltime Cleaning Attendant and is based in the town of Watson Lake, Yukon working 80 hours biweekly on a rotation basis.
As a Cleaning Attendant in Watson Lake, a rural town in the Yukon, your duties will include floor care, general cleaning, sanitizing, clearing snow, identifying maintenance and safety concerns, and other related tasks. You'll also be responsible for maintaining government facilities and their surroundings according to department standards.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
Experience performing light and heavy cleaning duties using janitorial equipment. Experience performing minor maintenance in multi-use buildings.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

This is a designated position within the Yukon public service which requires the following condition(s) of employment and job requirements:
security clearance, including Vulnerable Sector Check WHMIS (to be met within 3 months of hire) Mandatory use of personal protection equipment
