Secondary Full Credit Summer Learning

**TEACHING OPPORTUNITIES **

These positions will be at West Vancouver Secondary School.

Salary: $6583.95 for the term of the contract

Session Period: The instructional period is July 2nd to July 31st.

Session Times:

• All staff are required to attend the 2-hour administration and set up sessions, June 26th 3:30 – 5:50.
• Daily schedule: 8:30am – 12:40 pm
• Teachers must be in attendance a minimum of 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after class.

• Physics 11
• Pre-Calculus 11

• The positions above are open to competition.
• All staff placements are subject to enrollment.
• Verification of a summer learning teaching position may not be possible until June 25, 2026; after registration has been completed.

• You will be asked to identifyall ofthe courses and grade levels you are interested in teaching.
• Should you accept a contract, you must be able to work all of the days in session as well as the administration day. If for emergent or unanticipated reasons you must be absent, you are asked to prepare day-plans and materials, find a replacement, notify administration, and will subsequently be deducted the equivalent of one day of the contract (i.e. If the contract has 12 days, you will be deducted 1/12 of the full contract)
