What You Bring to the Table
- Basic first aid (16-hour)
- Passion for outdoor adventure and guest engagement.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license or equivalent
- A commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Previous experience in outdoor adventure tourism is a plus but not required—training provided!
Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead and set up The Adventure Group’s summer activities including but not limited to: Axe Throwing, Wiffle Golf, Slacklining, and hiking.
- Provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, easing nerves and building excitement.
- Direct Guests throughout Base activities, upsell premium tours and recommend Gibbons businesses in town
- Prioritize safety with equipment checks and adherence to protocols.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on all tours and activities.
