Key skills and expertise: Sales Strategy Development: Lead and optimize sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining a competitive edge in the food sector. Marketing Leadership: Elevate brand visibility and engagement through innovative marketing initiatives tailored to the ready to eat protein market. Team Management: Inspire and guide our client’s team to achieve targets, foster collaboration, and uphold excellence in every project. Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of poultry and protein products ensures a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs. Office Operations: Contribute to the seamless coordination of office workflows while supporting key decision-making processes. Hybrid office model.
The experience we are looking for: 10+ years of experience in a senior level Sales and Marketing Manager/ Director level in the protein sector. 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in value-added poultry. BA, Business, Marketing or related.
