About the role
Our client is a leader in physiotherapy care, operating multiple clinics across Ottawa and experiencing rapid growth. They are seeking passionate Physiotherapists who want more than just a treatment room — they’re looking for a career with purpose and progression.
Unlike typical roles focused solely on clinical hours, this opportunity offers a clearly defined pathway to leadership. The organization is deeply committed to developing clinicians into future clinic leaders and decision makers.
You’ll join a collaborative team that values excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning. If you’re a growth minded Physiotherapist who wants to make a meaningful impact both clinically and professionally, this opportunity was built for you.
Your main tasks:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence‑based, best‑practice approaches.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience, providing compassionate, personalized, and supportive care at every visit.
- Design and progress customized rehabilitation programs aligned with each patient’s goals, function, and lifestyle.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and bedside manner.
- Live and model the clinic’s core values through your daily clinical practice and interactions.
- Collaborate within a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Empower patients through education, injury prevention strategies, and long‑term self‑management tools.
- Actively engage in continuing education, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities
- Contribute to a positive, energetic clinic culture by supporting teammates and participating in team initiatives.
- Take on additional related responsibilities that support clinic success and patient care excellence.
If you're ready for a new challenge, we want to meet you!
Benefits of the position?
- Ongoing, personalized mentorship provided by experienced clinicians who are committed to both your professional and personal development.
- Structured mentorship sessions and hands‑on training designed to quickly strengthen your clinical reasoning, confidence, and decision‑making skills.
- A clear and motivating career path with real opportunities for advancement into Senior Physiotherapist, Clinic Manager, and Senior Clinic Manager roles.
- A positive, high‑energy team culture focused on collaboration, mutual support, and recognizing success.
- A work environment where enjoyment, teamwork, and human connection are just as important as delivering excellent patient care.
- A workplace that values learning, innovation, and autonomy, and supports you in becoming the best version of yourself as both a clinician and a leader.
Requirements:
- Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario (or eligibility for registration).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient‑first approach.
- Genuine passion for learning, mentorship, and continuous professional growth.
- Desire to contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative team culture.
- Team‑oriented professional with an ownership mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
