Country Ford Wilkie is looking for a Parts & Service Advisor, with the role being primarily parts‑focused while also supporting service advising. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping operations running smoothly, and growing a long‑term career in the automotive industry.

As a Parts and Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers, technicians, and parts department. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage details will help ensure every visit is a positive experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting customers and completing vehicle walkarounds

• Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments

• Communicating service and parts needs in clear, customer‑friendly language

• Advising customers on required and recommended services

• Coordinating with technicians and the parts department

• Providing timely updates and managing customer expectations

• Reviewing work orders, explaining completed work, and confirming customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a service advisor or parts advisor is an asset, but not required

• Strong customer service or sales background in a fast‑paced environment

• Comfortable using dealership systems (DMS, CRM, digital inspection tools)

• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask under pressure

• Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
