About the role
SyBridge Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory control. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, investigate discrepancies and support production.
Key Responsibilities
-
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of tools, materials, and supplies
-
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
-
Ensure tools, materials, supplies, and equipment are properly stored, labelled, and in good working condition
-
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while working with the Scheduler
-
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of racking, storage areas and workspaces to ensure safety and efficiency.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory accuracy and logistics processes.

Other duties as assigned from Scheduler and Operations Manager

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding material needs and priorities
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
-
1+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations is an asset
-
1+ years of experience as a certified lift truck operator, preference with reach truck operation.

Previous experience managing inventory levels.
-
Proficiency with basic computer applications for data entry.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook
-
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in tracking inventory.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-
Able to perform physical, hands-on work in a production/warehouse environment.
