POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Garden Valley School Division invites applications for the part-time (.50 FTE) term position of Music Teacher at Parkland Elementary Schooleffective September8, 2026 – June 30, 2027.

With a student population of about 4,300, the division encompasses 14 schools in the communities of Winkler, Plum Coulee, Schanzenfeld, Hochfeld, Blumenfeld, Reinland, and Blumengart.

REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS**& EXPERIENCE****:**

• Hold a Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)
• Previous Music teaching experience would be an asset.
• The ability to work alongside teachers, colleagues and contribute collaboratively as a team member.
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check & Child Abuse Registry Check
