POSITION DESCRIPTION

This teaching position requires an individual who embraces our divisional Multi Year Strategic Plan through collaboration and

effective and inclusive educational practices that are student centred and data driven.

Schedule: 5 days/cycle – mornings only – Days 1, 3-6 – 30 minute prep on Day 3

QUALIFICATIONS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Manitoba Teaching Certificate.

• Bachelor of Physical Education or a Bachelor of Kinesiology (a teachable or minor in these areas may be considered).

• Knowledge and understanding of the relevant area(s) of the Manitoba Physical Education and Health Education curriculum.

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search.

• Clear report from the Child Abuse Registry.

• Respect In School or Commit to Kids certification.

• Review and comply with divisional policies and guidelines.
