About the role
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a vital member of the sales team, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, responding to email inquiries, providing pricing information, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phone lines and provide customers with product information knowledge and pricing

Greet walk in customers and provide the highest level of customer support

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
-
Prospect and lead generation including following up with inactive customers, reaching out to trade show contacts, or cold-calling potential customer accounts

Develop a broad range of product knowledge across many different product lines

Process sales transactions using SAP
-
Complete customer notes, follow-up reminders, and status entries in Hubspot
-
Support account managers with accurate pricing quotes and information
-
Troubleshoot problem accounts with the finance department
-
Interpret tender documentation for accurate project quoting and management
QUALIFICATIONS
-
1-2 years inside sales, customer service, or sales experience preferably within construction
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate via email, phone, and in-person
-
Preferably, knowledge of SAP and Hubspot
-
Strong thirst for product knowledge and learning
HOURS OF WORK
Regular working schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
