About the role
Office Administrator

Position Summary
The Office Administrator plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role supports administrative tasks across departments, assists customers and vendors, and ensures the office environment remains efficient, professional, and well‑organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Support IT functions with equipment and technical support on-site.
- Quarterly inventory of IT equipment.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail, email, and phone calls.
- Support senior management with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate Building Vendors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or service-based environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
