The Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations at our Winnipeg, MB facility. This role is essential in ensuring parts and materials are received, organized, and delivered efficiently to support customer orders, service teams, and overall operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack parts for outgoing customer orders
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
• Load and unload deliveries using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Track materials using warehouse management tools and systems
• Adhere to all ODRA safety and operational protocols

What You Bring

• 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
• Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
• Ability to operate order pickers and move large parts
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to lift 50lbs consistently
