We are looking for a Financial Services Manager to join our team at our Winnipeg Honda Dealership. This role is key to delivering an outstanding customer experience while managing the dealership’s finance and insurance operations. Responsibilities

Accountable for finance and insurance activities related to vehicle sales while maintaining profit margins and customer satisfaction. Work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions in compliance with company and lender policies. Conduct thorough credit interviews and liaise with lenders to secure approvals. Review credit bureaus and develop creative deal structures for approvals. Monitor lending portals and manage contracts in transit to ensure timely funding. Present and sell financial protection products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, life, accident, and health coverage. Complete finance documentation accurately and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating when necessary. Maintain positive relationships with management, team members, lenders, and third parties. Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Complete all assigned sales and F&I training courses.

Requirements: Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets Minimum of 3–5 years of F&I experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred Strong understanding of sales, finance, and dealership operations. Established relationships with financial institutions. Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and listening. Strong judgment and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet tools. Ability to calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commissions.
