About the role
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Ability to take personal initiatives and apply them effectively.
- Skilled in the operation of technical equipment in various settings.
- Proficient at managing tasks in an agile, multichannel environment while improving efficiency within a complex omnichannel workspace.
- Experienced in following action plans and working methods under managerial guidance.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.

- Perform effectively the core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.
- Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
- Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
- Ensure optimized daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.
