YOUR ROLE

As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Representatives by conducting in-depth account analysis, reviewing and underwriting new business prospects, and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies. This position is on-site out of our Winnipeg Office.

YOUR IMPACT

• You will lead account analysis and file reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• You will collaborate with Sales Representatives and Management to communicate updates on prospect files.
• You will streamline the "file analysis" process to expedite deal pitching.
• You will enhance the accuracy of information submitted in the underwriting process.
• You will develop client-facing materials, including Plan Comparison, Rate Comparison, and Proposal documents.

THIS IS YOU

• You have a university or College Degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business.
• You have previous experience in benefits is an asset.
• You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• You have strong analytical skills with a focus on detail.
• You have positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

YOUR COMPENSATION

At the time of this posting, the estimated pay range for this position is $42,000-$45,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the base pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
