About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our team asCatering & Events Servers. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of catered events and concession operations—ensuring smooth setup, efficient service, and a positive guest experience from start to finish. This is not a traditional restaurant server position; instead, it focuses on event-based service, buffet setups, and concession-style operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare event spaces with linens, décor, buffet setups, and service stations according to event plans.
- Set up and operate concession outlets, including stocking supplies and checking equipment.
- Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently at events and concession stands.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas.
- Engage with guests professionally, addressing questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, including dietary accommodations.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth event flow.
- Support post-event cleanup and reset for future events.
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience in catering, concessions, or event service

Familiarity with food service equipment and POS systems

Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)

Understanding of food safety and alcohol service standards

Strong communication and guest service abilities

Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Attention to detail and time management

Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving equipment
