About the role
WF Crane and Service is hiring a new Project Coordinator - Crane Service to join your growing business in Langley. WF is a privately owned company with over 35 years of experience. We serve overhead crane customers in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. The Project Coordinator provides support to Crane Service Department. This is an 'in-office', public facing position, highlighting WF’s professionalism and expertise to the industry.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, exhibiting a friendly and positive attitude to customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Organizational ability, prioritizing tasks and following up on items in a timely fashion.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Fishbowl and other programs as required.
- Experience with parts estimation, shipping/receiving, and scheduling is an asset.
- Must have an excellent understanding of the English language and the ability to communicate in a professional manner, both written and verbally.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sorting and updating of customer and vendor folders documentation.
- Reviewing and recording inspection records.
- Organization and scheduling of service calls, maintenance and inspections.
- Preparing and providing parts and repair estimates to customers
- Issuing and receiving of PO's
- Communicating with customers regularly, recording pertinent information
- Completing work orders and preparing invoicing
- Maintaining parts inventory
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers and co-workers
- Other tasks as required
