Why Join Our Orange Team? ✔ Competitive hourly pay + commission ✔ Complimentary fitness membership ✔ A fitness-casual dress code ✔ Ongoing training and development ✔ Clear paths for career growth ✔ A fun, high-energy workplace culture What You’ll Be Doing: Greeting everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm Presenting the OTF concept to new guests Selling memberships and helping the studio thrive Calling multiple prospective leads daily to book intro classes and follow up on interest Actively participating in community outreach events to generate new leads and promote the studio Building relationships with members and ensuring they have an amazing experience Responsible for member retention through proactive member care phone calls Assisting with front desk operations, phone calls, and member inquiries Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming Collaborating with our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience If you’re passionate about fitness, have a drive for relationship based sales, love working with people, and want to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced brand, we want to hear from you! What you’ll do

The Sales Associate is responsible for greeting guests, presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept, and selling memberships to prospective leads. They also manage front desk operations, maintain studio cleanliness, and foster member retention through proactive engagement.
