Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to support receiving, shipping, and material management activities in an operations-critical environment.

Reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out various warehouse-related tasks associated with marine and air shipments, while ensuring the accuracy of inventory movements.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify the accuracy of item codes and quantities.
• Identify, classify, and enter data related to parts movements.
• Manage shipping discrepancies by communicating with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Prepare containers for marine shipments and pallets for air shipments.
• Ensure documentation compliance and maintain complete and accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal logistics flow.
• Perform any other related tasks associated with warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Must have access to a vehicle (mandatory), as the location is difficult to reach by public transportation.
• Fluency in spoken and written French (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with data entry tasks.
• Strong written communication skills (professional email correspondence).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Versatility, adaptability, and responsiveness to changing operational needs.
• Ability to lift loads of up to 40 lbs.

Salary : $29 per hour Schedule : Day and evening shifts, based on operational needs. Status: Long-term position.
