Job Description

Overnight Cleaner

You are at the heart of the hotel! As an Overnight Janitor, you will take ownership of all public spaces and outlets, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

This is afull-time, permanentposition, startingApril 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay:$22.80 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.30

Job Duties Include:

• Clean all service areas, including cart room, floors, rolling racks, garbage, recycling, and corridors
• Organizing all service areas
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest whenever possible
• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent organization skills and time management
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
