Key Responsibilities:

1. Incoming Material Inspection: Create and maintain standards for incoming raw material & packaging material requirements and associated documentation. Assess and approved/reject and manage non-conformance and deviations. (% defect, Sampling, testing) Objectively presenting insights to senior leadership.

2. QA Strategy and Policy: Develop, implement, and refine QA procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end processes. Maintain documentation, forms and quality logs such as Batch testing, Incoming materials receiving, NCRs, Deviation Reports up to date.

3. Team Leadership: Manage, Mentor and coach a high impact QA team. In onboarding, guiding, training, in delivering Quality KPIs and fostering a culture of trust and confidence within the team.

4. Supplier & Customer Quality: Ensure supplier compliance with QA standards on Raw Materials and Packaging Materials; handle customer complaints and feedback.

5. Audits/Inspection: Plan and execute internal/external audits, inspections, track non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain GLP in the Quality Lab.

6. Root Cause & CAPA: Lead investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA implementation.

7. Cross functional Collaboration: Work with R&D/product development, production, supply chain, and customer support to prevent quality issues and integrate QA best practices.

Requirements/Skills • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in quality management or a related field. • A minimum of 5 -7 year of experience in a similar role. • Analytical testing skills. • Team management • Attention to detail and document precision. • Working experience with cross functional teams such as Production, SC and R&D • Good communication skills.
