About the role
Our client is a recognized company in the HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) field for the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Innovative and quality-driven, they are looking to integrate an HVAC Project Manager into their team at their Laval office.
Tasks
- Plan and coordinate the execution of HVAC projects, including scheduling teams, resource procurement, and managing unforeseen issues.
- Manage project risks and implement health and safety (SST) mitigation strategies.
- Supervise the project team and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Analyze needs and gather requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Track progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Implement quality management practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the position.
Job requirements
- Experience in HVAC project management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SST standards and quality practices.
