We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Relations & Admin Assistant (Maternity Leave Coverage) to handle owner relations at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, ability to remain composed and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Duties
- Manage property operations, including Owner relations, maintenance requests.
- Oversee the upcoming renovation of owner units and liaise with owners, hotel and head office.
- Communication with owners of all Revelstoke Mountain Resort Developments.
- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for property repairs and maintenance while ensuring quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any issues promptly.
- Respond to Owner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Utilize office management skills to maintain organized files and documentation related to property management activities.
- Implement effective phone etiquette when communicating with owners, guests, vendors, and team members.
- Administrative and accounting duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Hotel and/or Residential building or similar role in office or customer service settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication.
- Experience with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Familiarity with file management systems to maintain organized records.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Opera - PMS is a plus.

Salary range - $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
