Job Description

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of installing doors and windows.
• Establish policies and methods to meet the work schedules.
• Coordinate the work and activities with contractors.
• Train trade workers in their jobs and safety procedures, according to company policies.
• Resolve work problems and provide solutions and method to improve productivity and quality of product.
• Be responsible for materials inventory, order materials and supplies.
• Prepare work progress reports.
• Interview and evaluate new workers.

Requirement

• Completion of secondary school
• 3-year related supervisory experience in windows and doors installation is required.
