Role Details: The Business Support Officer role within the Department for Child Protection at Blair Athol puts you right where things happen. You will be the go to person who keeps everything moving, from people and payroll to systems, reporting and office operations. Your work will directly support teams who make a difference in the lives of children and families every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and wants to contribute to something that truly matters.
In this role, you will
- Coordinate administrative and business support for the office
- Monitor workforce and financial data to produce accurate reports
- Liaise with payroll, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintain office equipment, vehicles and asset registers
To be successful You will bring strong experience in administrative and business support roles, with the ability to manage information, prepare reports and support people processes in a busy environment. You will be confident handling confidential material and providing accurate advice and assistance to staff and managers.
You will have sound skills using Microsoft Office and business systems, with the ability to work with payroll, workforce data, financial records and reporting tools. Your attention to detail will ensure information is correct, up to date and ready when needed.
