Performing audit, review, and compilation engagements. Planning, executing, and documenting engagements independently. Analyzing the specific characteristics of NPOs and community organizations, including:
restricted funds, fund balances, and grant‑related revenue; reporting obligations to funding bodies; internal controls within organizations operating with limited resources.
Participating in client communications, explaining key issues and proposing improvements. Complying with ASPE, Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS), internal policies, and ethical requirements.

Compensation based on experience: $70,000 to $92,000 (including bonus). Group insurance plan. Retirement savings plan with employer contribution. Continuing education and direct mentorship from the partner. Modern, structured, and collaborative work environment. Free on‑site parking. Flexible schedule and real respect for work‑life balance.
