About the role
Our client, a well-established company in the transportation and logistics industry, is currently looking for a customer service agent to join their team.
If you are an organized, proactive person who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, this opportunity could be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Manage OS&D (Over, Short & Damage).
- Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Enter and update information in the AS400 system.
- Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to transportation operations.
- Perform any other duties related to the position.
Benefits of this position:

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in transportation or logistics.
- Experience with OS&D.
- Experience with AS400.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required. 50% use of English to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Salary: Starting at $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Schedule: Day shift, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Status: Permanent.
