Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by promoting occupational health and safety (OHS) risk prevention and encouraging safe work practices.
• Manage all aspects of the workforce under your supervision.
• Maintain a regular presence on the warehouse floor to support employees.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for employees under your responsibility.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the onboarding, training, coaching, and supervision of production employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to your role.
• Update operational dashboards on a daily basis.
• Optimize production processes to maximize productivity.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Vocational training in a relevant field (asset).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising staff.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and demonstrate strong versatility.

Salary : $70,000 to $85,000 per year Schedule : Weekend schedule. Status: Temporary position with a strong possibility of permanent employment.
