Tasks

• Answer incoming calls related to registration renewals.
• Guide, inform, and assist members according to established procedures.
• Manage follow-ups and send emails to members.
• Complete an Excel file documenting technological issues encountered by members.
• Enter notes in the internal system.
• Conduct research on the organization’s website to support customer service.
• Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.

Job requirements

• DEC in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
• Strong comfort with digital tools and the ability to handle prolonged phone communication (7 hours per day).
