We're looking for aDental Administratorto be the friendly face and first point of contact for our patients. You’ll ensure the front office runs smoothly while providing exceptional service from the first call to the day of their appointment—and beyond. You’ll be an essential part of our team, helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
You’ll be the first face our patients see and the last one they remember. No pressure, right? But really, without you, we can’t do what we do. So if you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to create an awesome patient experience, we want to hear from you!
###Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (mix of 7 am–3 pm and 10 am–6 pm shifts)
- one Saturday per month (8 am–3 pm)

###Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a smile and handle scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office (yep, we’re talking about everything from appointment bookings to accounts receivable).
- Ensure the patient journey is seamless and stress-free.
- Keep the team on track, organized, and running efficiently.
###About You:
- A quick learner who loves the details and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a dental office.
- The ability to juggle a variety of tasks and stay calm under pressure.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
