This person will play a key role in supervising the team, ensuring service quality, and overseeing the store’s daily operations.

Tasks
- Supervise staff and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including alarm system management.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the store is always "business-ready."
- Communicate effectively with both the team and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote a safe and respectful work environment.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
- College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a unionized environment (a strong asset).
- Bilingualism required (approximately 10% of the time with customers).
- Knowledge of hardware products (an asset).
