Tasks

• Greet customers professionally and quickly identify their needs.
• Offer clear, tailored solutions while explaining the work and associated costs.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring consistent and efficient follow-up.
• Schedule appointments to optimize operational efficiency.
• Advise customers on the proper maintenance of their Kubota equipment.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service-related role, especially in the agricultural or mechanical equipment field, is an asset.
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in a mechanical-related field is an asset.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
