About the role
Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest coast-to-coast RV dealership network. We’re a national brand with local roots, powered by a team of passionate technicians and RV enthusiasts. At our Airdrie, AB dealership, we’re looking for a Journeyman RV Technician (Red Seal preferred) who loves hands-on, problem-solving work.
What You’ll Do
Every day is different. You’ll work on a wide range of RVs from towable trailers to luxury motorhomes, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading systems that bring comfort to the open road.
- Perform safety inspections and pre-delivery checks
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, propane, and HVAC systems
- Install accessories, upgrades, hitches, and wiring
- Troubleshoot appliance, gas, and water issues
- Keep accurate service records and collaborate with a supportive service team
- Deliver excellent customer service when needed
What You Bring
- Red Seal Certification - RV Service Technician
- 5+ years’ experience in hands-on service or repair
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Team-first attitude and reliability
- Willingness to work some Saturdays during peak season
