What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to inbound requests for insurance quotes, provide exceptional service, and close deals.
- Actively engage with existing clients to uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.
- Build and nurture referral networks through regular outreach and in-person events.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a self-motivated drive to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable vehicle and clean credit (no outstanding collections or bankruptcy in the past 7 years).
- Sales experience is an asset, but a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude are essential.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (we’ll help you get there).
