Remote-Operations Coordinator (Full-time) (Anywhere in Canada)
Reporting to the Business Analyst Team Lead, the Operations Coordinator would be part of the National Operations team, working with a team of Business Analysts. Duties will include managing the client information work order system, including policy library administration, updating guidelines, and code creation. This position will create the corporate templates and troubleshoot overall issues. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator would be a key resource to national operations initiatives and play a supportive role in acquisition integration projects.

Competitive Pay - $48,000 - $58,000 CAD annual.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and complete Client Information work orders
- Code creation and administration (ex. client, bordereaux, broker, and care of codes)
- Guideline creation and administration
- Administration of the Policy Library
- Client access administration
- Template creation and maintenance
- Project based support
- Dedicated resource to national operations initiatives
- Client code reconciliation for acquisition
- General support on acquisition integration projects
- General duties as required
Qualifications And Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Customer service experience
- Insurance industry experience is an asset
