Role Description Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will oversee and initiate maintenance and general repairs for the entire property and fulfill the company's responsibilities to its residents at Bridge Villa Estates. What’s In It For You

What You Will Be Doing
- Grounds maintenance and landscaping of the property
- Repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment
- Managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems
- Maintaining all Health & Safety requirements of the Community and Community Buildings
- Ensuring ongoing communication with your manager
- Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools and equipment.
- Respond to requests from manager with courtesy and in a timely manner
- Interact with community residents with patience and courtesy
- Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.
- Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.
- Other duties as required
What You Bring To The Table
- Must have valid G-class driver’s license; Clean Driver’s Abstract required
- On-call availability for sewer, water, and park emergencies
- Water operator certification an asset
- Able to work weekends, days, nights and call-in during emergencies
