As a Receptionist, you will be our first point of contact for visitors at STEMCELL, providing logistical and administrative support at our Burnaby campus.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and manage visitor/delivery logs, as well as answer and transfer calls and emails
• Provide, monitor and manage access badges and parking passes
• Order and manage office supplies and receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Support tracking tickets for the Facilities Team in JIRA
• New hire support (e.g. creation of name badges & nameplates, updates seating chart, etc.)

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support and/or customer service required
• Strong computer skills (Google Suite)
• Experience with JIRA is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$52,748.00 - $65,600.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
