Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Pharmasave - Nordel in North Delta, BC.

This is a maternity leave coverage role for 9-12 months starting in November, with a guaranteed full-time position within the NBLY network once the term ends.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
• Injection certification is required
• 1-3 years of Pharmacy Manager experience, or 5+ years of retail pharmacy experience
• Strong working knowledge of Kroll
• Experience in both community and nursing home settings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
