Responsibilities:

• Create a positive and professional experience by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Ensure the department is well stocked and presented with the freshest products.
• Accurately price and label products.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations with customers.
• Assist customers with product requests and special orders.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise.
• Clean equipment and workstation to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
